Early 80ies UK-Punkrock plus a dose of Oi! - songs which also could have been on some of the classic "Oi! The Rarities" compilations.

EPIC PROBLEM was formed in New Mills, southern of the industrial area of Manchester. So it's no wonder they don't sing about summer, sun and party - just like many other bands of the "No Future Records" era did. 

Bands like ATTAK or the almighty BLITZ, just to name a few. Side note: 

EPIC PROBLEM guitar player Mackie played with BLITZ back in the days. 

As said before, the sound on their self-titled 7" is very british, just like CRIMINAL CLASS combined with LEATHERFACE plus a bit of newer american punk like TIME AGAIN. If you like bands such as SPECIAL DUTIES, CRUX or THE BLOOD - you will love EPIC PROBLEM - real street punk!
